How does the subscription billing cycle work?

Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month. If you sign up mid-month, your first crate will be processed immediately, and subsequent renewals will align with the standard monthly schedule.

When can I expect my crate to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your crate leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for individual items?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that subscription crates are non-refundable once shipped, but individual defective items can be replaced.

Can I skip a month or pause my membership?

Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to take effect for the following month.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Crate Club, LLC ships to the United States, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
